CVB Grant Application

The Stillwater Convention & Visitors Bureau (SCVB) offers planners a rare found opportunity for those planning a new meeting or event in Stillwater. The link below is a copy of the SCVB grant guidelines and application.

Planners can complete this short, easy application to request financial assistance from the SCVB in covering certain costs of their meeting or event.  Applications are due 90 days prior to the event. Applications not fully completed will not be considered.
